Update and redesign the commercial tower to reflect a minimal modern colour and material scheme areas are to include;

Client brief / requirements
The design brief for this residential renovation focused on enhancing functionality, creating additional storage, and improving overall flow while maintaining a sense of openness and comfort throughout the home.
Front of House:

Retain the existing sloping block

Remove large palms and existing paving

Create a simplified and inviting outdoor space with lawn and minimal, low-maintenance planting
Back of House: -
Install a new shade device for outdoor comfort

Replace the existing fence for improved privacy and aesthetics

Interior Upgrades:

Design a built-in home office to comfortably accommodate two people

Install new curtains and shutters throughout for updated privacy and light control

Redesign the kitchen into an open-plan layout with improved functionality and an expanded laundry

Add a custom built-in storage cupboard in the dining room for practical and seamless storage
Multipurpose Living: -
Convert the existing deck into a multipurpose room, complete with a built-in TV unit and a Murphy bed to support flexible use of space

Bedroom and Bathroom Reconfigurations:

Reconfigure Bedroom 1 to include a full-height wardrobe for ample storage

Redesign the master bedroom layout to combine the existing ensuite and robe into a spacious, modern ensuite
